Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is quite adequate for a job fair stay, offering well-appointed and comfortable rooms equipped with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and good shades on the windows. The location is convenient being on campus, with beautiful surroundings of old-growth trees providing a quiet and safe atmosphere. However, it's not walkable to the downtown area and lacks easy access to restaurants typical of a university campus.
The hotel rooms were nice and clean, although they seemed smaller than expected from the pictures. The location was good, quiet, and ideal for activities on the Cook/Douglas campus. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our late check-in, making the stay convenient and pleasant. The dining options could be improved for breakfast, as guests had to find alternative morning meals. The facilities were well-maintained but lacked variety.
I had a pleasant stay at this inn located at the back overlooking the woods. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I really appreciated the option to launder the sheets and coverings. However, there could have been more attention to checking the rooms for proper functioning before guest arrivals.
